Ordering:

We're still working out the bugs on the website, so when you get to the payment method, click on Paypal. You can either pay through your checking account by registering with Paypal, or if you are paying by credit card, it will sail you right though without registering. Please DON'T use the pay by credit card option above it (the default). It will give us your credit card info, but we process our credit cards through PayPal, so it would be a dead-end.



Shipping Information:

Here's the deal. Once coffee is roasted it slowly starts to lose it's flavor. That's why we roast at least once per week, and usually more. We also package our freshly roasted coffee in airtight bags with one-way valves immediately after roasting, so the gasses can exit and the oxygen doesn't get in. (Oxygen is the breath of life for us, and the slow death of everything we consume -I want to call that irony but I'm pretty sure that's incorrect). We will ship within 24 hrs after roasting.

Right now, we're shipping by USPS Flat Rate. It's $8.10 for up to 4 pounds of coffee, so obviously, it's cheaper per pound to buy 4 pounds. We are looking into alternate methods of shipping to keep it as cheap as possible, so hopefully we'll be implementing those soon.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you're dissatisfied, we'll refund your monkey -er I mean, money. And the only questions we'll ask are -WHY? Not to make you feel guilty, even though we've done nothing but try to please you... But (seriously) to learn how to do things better, because it really is our goal to be perfect, even though we're not the first born.
